
Make the day count by starting on a good note in the morning !
I do say , that it's okay if you want to remain in bed , do so. I know I have been in this lockdown.
On most occasions , it's cause I have lack of motivation to get up and conquer what comes. So, as I am working on getting the heck up every morning. I have found these tips to be helpful in motivating me to get out of bed and start the day. I'll give you five cause yah girl still working on it haha.
As soon as you wake , pray ! Thank God you made it to another day.
Roll yourself out of bed and spread those sheets.
Wash your face or shower in cold water. I recommend turning it to cold at the end of the shower though, gives you a boost of energy.
Make yourself something nutritious to eat and hydrate dahlings.
Go for a walk or a five minute workout.
There you go , five tips to motivate you to get up out of bed and start your morning with some energy. Now, I know you would know most of these for sure, well here's your reminder!!
